The Rice Puddings topped the Villanova Starbursts by the score of 6-0, with the largest share of the credit going to designated hitter Alex Ward. Ward was 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Puddings. The win boosted Rice to 30-25.
