The Blanchard HS Ligers and Cy-Fair HS Bobcats provided some drama for the home crowd.

Cy-Fair HS first baseman Norm Norwood had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Blanchard HS Ligers, 4-3. The win puts Cy-Fair HS at 3-0.

Cy-Fair HS grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Norwood, who is rated as the 24th best prospect by BNN, hit a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season put the Bobcats out in front, 3-0.

After the game, Cy-Fair HS manager John Redfern applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.
