7-5 Win by Knights Continues Hot Start
West Lauderdale HS shortstop Camrin Thomas made his presence felt in the 7-5 Knights triumph over the Blanchard HS Ligers. Thomas was 3 for 3 with 3 doubles and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. The winner was West Lauderdale HS reliever Danny Branch, now 3-0. The loser was Jerry Smith. With the win, the Knights hiked their record to 28-12.

The Knights got a big at-bat from pitcher Henry Dollman. For the game, Dollman threw 4.2 innings allowing 2 runs. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 12th home run of the season gave West Lauderdale HS a 4-1 lead.
