The Kyoto Rodan got a sterling performance from pitcher Lee Barraclough, but the Lincoln Emancipation still prevailed, 4-1. Barraclough threw 5.1 innings allowing 4 runs. Roberto Alicea recorded the save. In save chances, he's now 13 for 17. With the win, the Emancipation improved to 28-66.

The Emancipation got a big at-bat from left fielder Sadakuno Sai. For the game, Sai was 1 for 3 with a double. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 8th double of the season gave Lincoln a 2-1 lead.
