Parker Propels Kuwana to 2-0 Win
|
The Kuwana Steel Dragons got a stellar performance from pitcher Robby Parker, who handcuffed the Kure offense en route to a win, 2-0, at Steelfire Stadium. Jason Maddox collected save number 4. The Steel Dragons raised their record to 23-16.
The Arsenal had trouble solving Parker, who surrendered no runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.
"We didn't score," said losing manager Jake Lee. "That was the problem."
