Min-ho Tokko did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Gimpo Gorillas from losing, 4-3, to the Daegu Dragons at Daegu Ballpark. Tokko was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. Manuel Durango picked up the save for Daegu, his 2nd of the year. Daegu now sits at 36-43, while Gimpo falls to 31-48.
In the bottom of the third inning, designated hitter José Ramírez came through big-time for the Dragons. With Daegu trailing 2-0, he belted a 2-run home run.
Ramírez attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
