Naturalists Suffer 3-1 Setback
The Gimpo Gorillas had to overcome a fine performance from Muju pitcher Brad Longstaff to grab a 3-1 win at Bandi Land Ballpark. Longstaff allowed 2 runs over 8.1 innings. The save was credited to Bryan Ingram, his 1st. The Gorillas now have a mark of 37-51.

Gimpo used the timely hitting of Felipe Díaz to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Gorillas on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Gimpo manager Luis Mora. "It's usually not just one thing."
