Port Sudan took on Khartoum in front of a lively crowd.

With first baseman Ty Collum leading the charge, the Port Sudan Tycoons defeated the Khartoum Raiders, 13-4, at Haboob Field. Collum hit 2 home runs, while adding 7 RBI and scoring twice. Alejandro Solano, who went 5.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 4 runs on 8 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 3. His record now stands at 6-6.

Port Sudan relied on the hitting of Natsume Tenno to pick up the win. The catcher clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Tycoons on top, 3-1. For the game, Tenno had 2 home runs and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Collum.

Port Sudan is now 47-34. Khartoum is 42-39.
