Seoul got a first-rate effort from pitcher Pedro Torres, who frustrated Medicine Hat hitters en route to a 3-1 Crushers triumph at Crushatorium. Iván Hernández closed the game out for Seoul, earning his 26th save. Seoul is now 68-45, while Medicine Hat is 57-56.

The Crushers got a big hit from designated hitter Harrison Jesty. In the bottom of the fifth, Jesty pounded a run-scoring double to right. His 20th double of the season put the Crushers ahead, 2-1.

"We didn't string enough hits together to win the game," said tight-lipped Medicine Hat manager Michael Burton. "Obviously."
