Fighting Scotts Win Thriller, 4-2
|
Roberto Hernández was superb against Yokohama. The left-hander had a changeup that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Fighting Scotts victory. The score was 4-2. The Fighting Scotts' win now puts them at 79-52.
Henderson won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With two outs and Juan Otero on the mound for Yokohama, center fielder Kinnojo Yano hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Fighting Scotts fans to their feet.
In postgame comments, Hernández said, "I think we gave the fans their money's worth."
