Kyoto Bats Run into Peña Buzzsaw in 2-0 Loss
|
A good time was had by all at Skyelanders Ballpark, where the Kyoto Rodan and Glendale Skyelanders tangled.
Glendale Skyelanders starter Víctor Peña turned in a top-notch performance against the Kyoto Rodan at Skyelanders Ballpark. The result was a win for the Skyelanders, 2-0. With the win, Glendale pushed its record to 77-56.
Kyoto had little success against Peña and his fastball. Peña tossed 108 pitches over 6.1 innings for the Skyelanders.
"Runs were at a premium," said Glendale manager Michael Johnson.
