Aruba rode a fine outing from starter Tomás Blanco to victory over the Punta Cana Mamajuanas at The Fish Bowl. The final score was 3-2. The win makes Aruba 36-19.

The Mamajuanas had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Wahoos going into the bottom of the second inning. That changed quickly when the 20-year old shortstop Larry Goddard came to the plate. Goddard hit a 3-run home run on a first pitch fastball from Punta Cana hurler In-gu Cha. It was Goddard's 2nd home run of the year.

"We'll enjoy this hot streak as long as it lasts," said Blanco.
