|
Fayetteville Braggarts starter Paul Hay turned in an exceptional performance against the Beantown Browns at Beantown Ballpark, resulting in a Fayetteville win, 5-2. The win lifts Fayetteville to a record of 13-10.
Fayetteville used the clutch hitting of Michael Barber to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to give the Braggarts the lead, 4-2. For the game, Barber had 2 singles and 1 double in 5 at-bats.
"We did a lot of things right," said Hay.
