Gigans Come Up Short at Sioux Falls, 6-5
Sioux Falls picked up a win at Lakota Ballpark, toppling the Niigata Gigans, 6-5. Pitcher Carlos González was one of the reasons the Lakota triumphed. Niigata is 3-5 after the defeat.

The Lakota got a big hit from designated hitter Seung-woo U. In the bottom of the fifth, U pounded a run-scoring double to center. His 1st double of the season put the Lakota ahead, 6-1.

"Everything felt in sync," said González.
