Twin Titans Rally For 6-4 Win
|
Kyung-chul Park had a 3-RBI game, during Jackson Hole's 6-4 triumph over Birmingham. Park had 1 single, 1 double, and 1 walk in the contest. Raúl Jiménez came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. His record now stands at 1-0. The save went to Wendell Phillips, number 4 for him.
Randy Horton provided a timely hit. The Jackson Hole pinch hitter delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the eighth inning to put the Twin Titans on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
"They played a better game than we did," said Birmingham skipper Charles Jeffries.
The win gives Jackson Hole a record of 15-6.
