The Drumright Tornadoes beat the Bismarck Battleships, 7-5, at Battleships Ballpark. Drumright second baseman Chua chay Ru had an outstanding performance. He went 2 for 2 with a triple and 3 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The win makes Drumright 13-36.

Rolph Scarlett, the 24-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Scarlett contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the seventh inning to put Drumright up, 5-3.
