The London Underground picked up a win at Pearson Metropolitan Park, courtesy of Dave Robertson. The right-hander helped his team stop the Manchester Maulers, 3-2. Jong-hoo Im picked up the save, his 1st. London is third in the Imperial League Trans Atlantic with a record of 20-17.

The Maulers had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Underground going into the bottom of the second inning. That changed quickly when the 28-year old catcher Rikiya Abe came to the plate. Abe hit a 3-run home run on a 1-0 fastball from Manchester hurler Bill Knight. It was Abe's 1st home run of the year.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Manchester manager Justin Jackson said following the tough loss.
