The Salton Sea Kilmers defeated the Calexico Reins, 7-5. Doing his part was third baseman Seinosuke Furukawa, who was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Sebastian Cooke was the winner. Over 7.2 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 7 hits, with no walks and 7 strikeouts. Jimmy Johnston was credited with the save for Salton Sea, his 2nd of the season.
