Ensenada picked up a win at Triad Ballpark, toppling the Mexicali Shmoes, 6-4. Pitcher Li-zhu Ho was one of the reasons the Las Brujas Malvadas triumphed. Santiago García locked down his 2nd save. The win takes Ensenada to 4-2.

Andy Abbott drew 1 walk in 3 plate appearances for Ensenada. The 24-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring walk off Haruki Matsui. It was his 1st walk of the season.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Abbott said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
