A good performance from left fielder Santos Cruz helped the Mexicali Shmoes defeat the Salton Sea Kilmers, 4-2. Cruz was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Shmoes. Salton Sea is in the throes of a 9-game losing streak.
