A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Nezahualcoyotl Coyotes and Zapopan Torrenas.

Nezahualcoyotl second baseman César Salgado contributed to his team's 15-6 win over the Zapopan Torrenas. Salgado went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Coyotes. Nezahualcoyotl now sits in third place in the Zona Norte at 15-13.

Salvador Alvarado, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2025 draft, helped out the Nezahualcoyotl cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the left fielder drew 3 walk.
