The Naucalpan Cafe Tacvbas picked up a win at Café Tacvbas Ballpark, knocking off the Ecatepec Morelos, 4-3. Starting pitcher Alonso García was a big reason why. The save went to Tomás Figueroa, his 4th this season. The third-place Cafe Tacvbas are now 29-24, the Morelos 20-33.

The Morelos had been locked in a 2-2 tie with the Cafe Tacvbas going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 27-year old first baseman Carlos Lima came to the plate. Lima hit a 2-run double on a 0-2 changeup from Ecatepec hurler Ángelo Rodríguez. It was Lima's 8th double of the year.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," García said after the game.
