Arlington Loses Fred Benjamin, Will Miss Season Sunday, July 5th, 2026 The season is apparently over for Fred Benjamin. The Arlington Bureaucrats medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 13-14 months with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Benjamin was hurt in the game against San Antonio while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Looking at his season stats, Benjamin has won 3 and lost 3, collecting 46 strikeouts and 10 walks in 75.1 innings with a 3.23 ERA. |
