Kalamazoo's Jones to Miss Season Sunday, August 15th, 2027 The season is ending on a bad note for Simon Jones, starting pitcher for the Kalamazoo Badgers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Jones was hurt against the Shin Seiki Evas while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for at least 9-10 months. This season Jones has gone 4-12 with an ERA of 4.33, posting 90 strikeouts in 133 innings. |
