Trade: Batstone for Na Saturday, February 5th, 2028 It likely won't turn either team into an instant contender or provide a huge franchise shakeup, but the San Juan Coqui and London Underground finalized a trade today. San Juan will send 19-year-old minor league RHP Norm Batstone, a 4th round draft pick and a 5th round draft pick to the Underground, while the Coqui will receive 32-year-old RF Ju-chan Na and $4,600,000 in cash. "We think this is a deal that will help out both teams and we're glad to get it done," Coqui general manager Mike Best said. The trade is expected to be officially completed later today with the players joining their new ballclubs by the end of the day. In his career Na is batting .208 with 296 hits, 43 doubles, 7 triples and 48 home runs. |
