Arlington-Crystal Lake Deal: Ramírez for Yarbrough Monday, May 29th, 2028 Trade winds have been blowing through Arlington. This time, a deal has materialized between the Bureaucrats and Sandgnats. According to sources inside the organization, Arlington will ship 24-year-old CF Mario Ramírez to Crystal Lake for 30-year-old RHP Juan Cervantes, 30-year-old LF Dave Yarbrough, 29-year-old LF Juan García, 33-year-old RHP Enrique Fonseca and 31-year-old minor league LHP Robert Vincent. Thus far this season Ramírez has hit .233 with 4 home runs, 13 RBIs and scored 22 times. So far this year Yarbrough has hit .317 with no home runs, 7 RBIs and 10 runs scored. |
