Warriors, Longshoremen Confirm Trade Monday, July 31st, 2028 The Warriors and Longshoremen announced a deal that was completed today. Duluth sent 33-year-old LHP Phil Burns to Canton for 30-year-old 3B Dmitri Hill. Both teams appear happy with the outcome of the trade. The general managers told the Baseball News Network they felt the swap was beneficial for all parties involved. Burns has pitched 15 innings and molded a 6.60 ERA with no saves. He has surrendered 24 hits while registering 10 strikeouts on his way to a 1-0 record for the Longshoremen this year. This year Hill is hitting .228 with 26 hits, 1 home run, 10 RBIs and has scored 13 runs. |
