Postseason Bid Ends for New Orleans Wednesday, September 27th, 2028 New Orleans Trendsetters starting pitcher Hyung-jin Kang said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2028 postseason contention. The Trendsetters have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 21 years as a Planetary Extreme Baseball Alliance franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 18th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2009. |
