Havana Right Fielder September's Top Rookie Sunday, October 1st, 2028 Havana's Claudio Hernández created quite a buzz around town today when he was presented September's Imperial League Rookie of the Month trophy. The standout rookie right fielder took the award by connecting for 24 hits in 100 at-bats for a .240 batting average. During the month he collected 9 home runs, drove in 19 runs and scored 13 times. So far this season Hernández is hitting .278 with 39 home runs, 102 RBIs and 94 runs scored. He has 162 hits in 582 at-bats and a .383 OBP. |
