Aranda Cops 400th Save, Kentucky Tops Featherheads 8-6
Sunday, June 10th, 2029
Success in close games can separate the good teams from the great teams, and a great bullpen specialist is a big part of that success.

Alfredo Aranda of the Kentucky Thoroughbreds today solidified his position as one of the great relievers in the game by recording the 400th save of his career against the Florida Featherheads.

Aranda reached the milestone in closing out the 8-6 Thoroughbreds win at Farmer Field. The 35-year-old hurler worked 1 innings and gave up no runs and 1 hit in his historic save.

Over his career in 906 games, Aranda has worked 1120 innings with a record of 74-72. He has posted 400 saves, has a lifetime ERA of 2.76 and has struck out 1530 batters.
