Claymores, Alleghenies Close Deal Monday, July 23rd, 2029 BNN has learned the Scottish Claymores have reportedly worked out a deal with the West Virginia Alleghenies. Sources close to the Claymores indicated that a trade has been reached in principle where 27-year-old RF Jorge Flores will be swapped to Scottish with a 2nd round draft pick and a 4th round draft pick heading to West Virginia. Neither organization would comment on the report, saying it was club policy not to speak about a trade until it was finalized. Thus far this year Flores has hit .155 with 2 home runs and 16 RBIs. |
