West Virginia Trades Tatham for Reno's Valdéz Monday, July 30th, 2029 Reports have surfaced that West Virginia has agreed to send 22-year-old RHP Tony Valdés and 27-year-old RHP Kyle Tatham to the Reno Zephyrs in exchange for 31-year-old LHP Ángel Valdéz. "It's a done deal," said one executive speaking on the condition of anonymity. "I'm surprised word got around so quickly. We just signed off on this an hour ago." The deal apparently is awaiting physicals before an official announcement is made by either team. For the season Tatham has logged 8 wins and 7 losses and struck out 83 batters in 116 innings while compiling a 4.27 ERA. This year Valdéz has compiled a 7-9 mark with a 4.17 ERA. |
