The West Virginia Alleghenies have agreed to send 28-year-old LHP José Moreno and 25-year-old 1B Joey Toms to the London Underground for 34-year-old LHP Yasutoki Ine. The trade, rumored for days, was completed in the wee hours this morning. This season Toms is batting .115 with 3 hits and no home runs. He has scored 0 times and has 1 RBI.
