Lima Goes on Rampage Against Calzones of Laredo Monday, August 13th, 2029 It was a big day for Germán Lima and he brought the New Orleans Trendsetters along for the ride. Lima led his club to a 8-5 victory over the San Antonio Calzones of Laredo today at Elysian Fields, smoking San Antonio pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 25-year-old third baseman later called the victory "sweet." Germán Lima hit an RBI triple in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Katsumoto Ikeda in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Jorge Córdova in the 9th.
