Akira Swap Maldonado to Bears for Gómez Monday, December 19th , 2039 The Neo-Tokyo Akira have made a deal sending 27-year old SS José Maldonado to the Bakersfield Bears for 27-year old minor league LF José Gómez and a 3rd round draft pick. Both sides are said to be pleased with the way the trade worked out. In his 629-game career Maldonado is batting .243 with 102 doubles, 20 triples, 32 home runs and 179 RBIs. He has stolen 133 bases and scored 266 times. |
