Neo-Tokyo Swaps Davis to Shin Seiki for Gallegos Saturday, February 4th , 2040 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Neo-Tokyo Akira and the Shin Seiki Evas have agreed to a deal that will have 28-year old 1B Chris Davis heading to Shin Seiki in exchange for 24-year old minor league RHP Eduardo Gallegos, 22-year old minor league 1B Leonard Ryan, and 19-year old minor league RHP Steve Erwin. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Over his career Davis is batting .298 with 31 doubles, 1 triple, 19 home runs, 71 RBIs and scored 67 runs in 221 games. |
