Baca Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Friday, April 20th , 2040 The Charleston Statesmen stopped the Gloucester Fishermen today 5-1 and Augusto Baca collected a base hit yet again. The Charleston left fielder finished with 1 hit to run his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20. "I want to get a hit every time up," a visibly excited Baca told reporters after the contest.
