Thornton Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Saturday, August 13th , 2039 There would have never been more than a tiny glimmer of hope, but today even that is gone. The Thornton Sun Dogs have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Thornton last appeared in the postseason in 2025. This is their 14th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 33-year history. Thornton has won the Ambassador's Cup 5 times in their history. |
