Players Suspended in Independence-Browns Donnybrook Saturday, August 13th , 2039 Claudio Marrero of the Jefferson County Independence and Silvio Bolt of the Beantown Browns will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 9 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Independence-Browns game at Ballpark of Jefferson County.
Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Marrero and Bolt will begin serving them soon.
This year Marrero has 2 home runs and a .220 batting average.
For this year Bolt has chalked up 10 wins and 9 losses in 22 starts with 71 strikeouts in 128.2 innings and a 4.34 ERA.
