Mansfield Wins Divisional Wednesday, September 21st , 2039 The joy and relief on the faces of the Mansfield Mohicans players was obvious as they celebrated their Divisional win over the Joplin Red Racers. "In a series like this, the smallest thing can make the difference in how it turns out," said Mansfield left fielder Kinnojo Miyake, shortly after the 15-1 win that clinched the series 4-3. "We're happy we did what it takes to get it done." The team is now off to the Championship. Miyake won series MVP honors on the strength of his .346 batting average during the series.
