Martínez Smacks 5 Hits for Castillos Saturday, June 18th , 2039 It seemed Santurce Castillos center fielder Carlos Martínez could do no wrong today, but it still didn't come out right. The Castillos fell against the Maine Lobsters by the score of 4-2. Martínez did all he could, rapping out 5 hits in 7 at-bats, but in the end, Maine prevailed at Santurce Stadium. "I felt real good today, but my best just wasn't enough," Martínez said in the postgame interview. "We didn't play well enough to win. I saw the ball well and put the ball in play well, and they fell in for base hits. Some days they do that." Carlos Martínez hit a two-run home run off Norberto Hernández in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, singled in the 11th, singled in the 13th and singled in the 15th.
