Vincent Hittin' on All Cylinders Saturday, August 27th , 2039 Some days everything just falls in place. It all came together for Chris Vincent and the Seoul Crushers today at Crushatorium. The Crushers went home winners and the right fielder had a 6-for-6 day that included the cycle, a baseball rarity. "He sure was a wrecking ball today," said Seoul manager Gilberto Ruíz following his club's 24-2 taming of the Laval Islanders. Chris Vincent hit a two-run home run off Alex Tanton in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit a three-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, tripled in the 7th, walked in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 8th. This year Vincent is hitting at a .276 pace with 11 home runs and 58 RBIs. He has played in 112 games and scored 54 times. View Boxscore |
