These thoughts had to be going through Calgary fans' heads today upon hearing their manager Mario García had been let go. The Stampede simply hadn't performed up to expectations since bringing García aboard. No successor has yet been named, though Calgary GM Joe Unknown assured the media a shortlist of candidates had been compiled and was being acted upon. He said the Calgary Stampede would have a new manager within a week. |
