Kouki Tags Frontier for 5 Hits Friday, July 22nd , 2039 Nampa first baseman Sadahige Kouki had a big day at Moccasins Ballpark today against the Cheyenne Frontier. The 22-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-6 and led the Moccasins to a 21-1 triumph over Cheyenne. "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Kouki said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." Sadahige Kouki hit an RBI single in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Tony Montalvo in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a two-run single in the 7th.
