BCL's Top Hitter Announced Monday, August 1st , 2039 Hung Cai is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Salton Sea left fielder joined that select company when the Baja Cali League announced the results of July's voting. Cai totaled 32 hits, 13 walks, 8 home runs, 26 RBIs and 23 runs scored last month to put together a .348 batting average and .434 on-base percentage. For the season Cai is hitting .253, batted in 49 runs with 19 home runs and 45 runs scored. |
