Hitting Streak Still Alive for Randín Monday, August 8th , 2039 Gustavo Randín went 1-for-4 in the 13-12 El Cajon Virus victory over the Nagano Olympians at Nagano Olympic Stadium today. Randín declined to speak to reporters following the game. He extended his hitting streak to 25 games. Gustavo Randín walked in the 1st, was hit by a pitch in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, flied out in the 8th, singled in the 10th and was hit by a pitch in the 12th. Thus far this season Randín has hit .307 with 11 home runs, 48 RBIs and scored 45 times. |
