BCL's Premier Batter Picked Thursday, September 1st , 2039 El Cajon Virus fans believe they've got a talented young star in Domingo Mendoza. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .305 with 8 home runs, 26 RBIs and 16 runs scored. The end result was the right fielder being named the Baja Cali League Batter of the Month. Looking at his present stats, Mendoza has compiled a .293 batting average in 111 games with a .391 on-base percentage, while hitting 28 home runs and driving in 93 runs. |
