Vintners, King Stonewall Fort Wayne, 5-0 Sunday, September 4th , 2039 The Middle Bass Vintners rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Fort Wayne Pioneers at Vintners Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Kris King, who shackled the Fort Wayne Pioneers and held them scoreless on a 5-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," King said in his postgame press conference. This year King has fashioned a 8-7 mark, 3.16 ERA and pitched 148 innings.
