Montlake Malamutes Morton Lightbody to Miss Year Wednesday, March 3rd , 2038 Morton Lightbody of the Montlake Malamutes just might have to call it quits for the season. The 18-year-old Washington reliever received a possible season-ending injury against the Memphis Belles recently at Washington Grounds. Lightbody suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. The Montlake Malamutes medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 11 months. |
