Michigan Moves on to Super Regionals Thursday, May 13th , 2038 The Michigan Red Dawns out-dueled and outgunned the Southern Miss Confederates in the Regionals and are on to the next round. Michigan won the final game 2-1 at Field of the Conferderates and the series 4-2. Julian Shaw was named series MVP for a strong offensive performance during the Regionals. He had a .393 average with a .414 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 5 runs. "I was seeing the ball well and glad to help my team out and get us to the Super Regionals," he said. The Super Regionals matchups and schedule will be announced after the Regionals finishes.
